1. Information We Collect

When you use ClipNasty, we collect the following information:

• Audio files: Episodes you upload for processing. These are deleted from our servers within 24 hours of job completion.
• Email address: If you create an account or proceed to checkout.
• Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe. We never store card details.
• Usage data: Anonymous usage analytics to improve the product.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To process your podcast episodes and generate clips
• To send you your results and transactional emails
• To improve the ClipNasty product and AI models
• To process payments securely through Stripe

3. Data Retention

Audio files are deleted from our servers within 24 hours of job completion. Generated clip packages (MP4s, ZIPs) are stored for 7 days and then permanently deleted. Account data is retained until you request deletion.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Deepgram: Audio transcription
• Anthropic (Claude): AI clip selection and copy generation
• Stripe: Payment processing
• AWS S3: Temporary file storage
• Vercel: Hosting and infrastructure

5. Your Rights
