By accessing or using ClipNasty (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

ClipNasty is an AI-powered podcast clip generator that converts audio podcast episodes into short-form video clips with waveform visuals, burned-in captions, and AI-generated hook copy. The Service is intended for podcast creators and content marketers.

3. Content Ownership & License

You retain full ownership of all audio content you upload to ClipNasty. By uploading content, you grant ClipNasty a limited, temporary license to process that content for the purpose of generating clips.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload and process any audio content through our Service. Do not upload content that infringes on third-party copyrights.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ClipNasty to:

  • Upload content you don't have rights to use
  • Process content that is harmful, illegal, or violates third-party rights
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the Service
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Circumvent usage limits or billing systems

5. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Free tier: 1 episode, no credit card required. All 6 themes, no watermark.
  • Pay As You Go: $5 per episode, one-time payment, no subscription required.
  • Pro subscription: $19/month. Up to 20 episodes/month, no watermark, cancel anytime.
  • Creator subscription: $49/month. Unlimited episodes, no watermark, cancel anytime.
  • Billing is processed by Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing portal.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific clip quality, or viral performance of generated content.

7. Limitation of Liability

ClipNasty's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 30 days prior to any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
